Growing up in North Bay with 3 dogs, 4 cats and numerous horses helped Chris realize his affinity for animals. In 1999 he graduated from the University of Toronto with an HBSc in zoology and physiology. He then completed his veterinary degree at the Ontario Veterinary College in 2004. After spending four years honing his skills at a fast paced downtown Toronto practice, he decided to open his own clinic in Bloor West Village. Chris has lived in Toronto’s West End for 14 years with his beautiful wife, his wheaten terrier Oscar, and the latest additions, 8 year old twins, Griffin & Zoey, and a 2 year old daughter, Harper. His professional interests include surgery, internal medicine and dentistry. He also readily combines alternative medicines into his practice. Outside of work, Chris is an avid tennis player and a 2nd degree blackbelt in tae kwon do. He also enjoys reading and spending time with his family. He is happy to have the opportunity to care for the companion animals of Toronto’s West End.
